This is an "All in" package for those people who lack the time to do all that is required or who just want to relax and know that they have someone else taking care of things, this package includes:
Initial free consultation: arranged at a time and place convenient to you, to discuss budget, legalities, budget, ideas, themes etiquette etc.
Theme/design: we can help you decide on your theme and general design by providing ideas and inspiration as well as examples/photos etc.
Plan of Action: after the initial consultation we will prepare a plan of action and provide you with a personal wedding planner book which we can refer to and you could follow everything throughout the whole period. This book not only contains a time line plan but also sections to show budget, wedding guest lists, table plans etc. This is a personalised gift to you to have as a keepsake.
Unlimited contact: by phone, emails or meetings whatever you need
Budget planning and management: once the budget planner has been produced, we will ensure that this is followed to your instruction and we will arrange for the payment of suppliers to be made on time.
Venue search: we will look for different types of venue available, whether you want a hotel, a marquee, a local restaurant, we will prepare a shortlist based on your requirements.
Ceremony: we will advise you on the type of ceremonies available and also help with music and reading choices.
Find the best suppliers: we will find the best suppliers best suited to your budget. We will supply you a shortlist with options they offer and for what price so you can make informed choices.
Outfits: We can help you find the best places for "the dress" and the rest of the bridal party outfits and attend fittings with you if you wish.
Stationary: once your overall theme is decided we will co-ordinate the save the date cards, invitations, RSVP's, prepare table plans, menu's etc.
The Day : We will be there on the day to co-ordinate and manage events, suppliers and decoration etc. We will also co-ordinate pick ups from venue, return of deposits, hired equipment and also arrange for thank you cards to be sent out.
The price for this package is from £1250 depending an number of guests.
